Isaac decided he wanted Mac & Cheese for his birthday dinner. That sounded awful to me so I made mac and cheese for the kids and then I tried a new recipe for the adults. It was so good and so easy I thought I would share.
Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing
1 6 oz package Stove Top stuffing mix for Chicken
1 21 oz can apple pie filling
6 boneless pork loin chops
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Spread pie filling on bottom of 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with pork chops and then stuffing. Cover with foil.
Bank for 30-45 minutes. Uncover and bake an addition 10-15 minutes.
I don't love pork but there is something about pork and apples that goes together so well!! Yumm......

Mmm, sounds tasty. I'll have to try it.
You got that out of the kraft foods magazine didn't you? I saw it and thought it sounded really good - very minimal ingrediants, nothing too scary for me to try. Was it good?
I love your blog! You did a great job! :) When I get the desire to be more creative, I will be calling you!
I am going to have to try this recipe, it sounds tasty. I feel like a dork we ment to call Issac on his birthday, we even talked about it but I don't know what happened. Sorry Issac and Happy Birhtday!
I remember both of your boys first birthdays very well! You are a great mom. Hope to see you soon.
I'm always looking for meals without red meat, and that one sounds great. Did the kids try it at all? That's my big issue, trying to get my kids to even try it. Thanks for sharing.
