Here are some of our favorite rides!
Noah: Splash Mountain (rode it at least 4-5 times)
Isaac: Star Tours (rode it at least 6 times)
Luke: I don't know he can't talk but I do know he DOESN'T like Pirates of the Caribbean
Natalie: Space Mountain, Tower of Terror, and California Screamin
Jason: Tower of Terror and Grizzly Rapids
We had some small blessings during our trip. I lost my camera the second day at Disneyland. A cleaning lady found it and we were able to get it back! Whew! Then on Wednesday we left our backpack with practically everything in it on the shuttle. Luckily the shuttle stopped up ahead and we were able to run to it and get the backpack off! Whew again... Then on Friday Jason went out to the car and Isaac had left his door wide open and I had left my wedding ring in the front. Lucky for us nothing was missing and the ring was still there! Finally on our drive home we passed at least 6 wrecks! We must have had a guardian angel following us around last week! By the end of the week Adam and Marianne wouldn't have been suprised if we left a child behind.... haa haa

Jedi in Training!
My friend Tracey told me that I needed to take the boys to the Jedi Training Academy. Isaac LOVES Star Wars at the moment so we made some time to attend the training! It was the highlight of my whole trip to Disneyland! Isaac got picked to be one of the Jedi's in training. He started to cry when he got up there but calmed down, he was so cute up there trying to learn the moves and then Darth Vader came and all the Jedi's in training got to fight him. It was hilarious! I have never laughed so hard in my entire life! I think Isaac was scared to death the whole time he was up there but those moments were priceless!!

Isaac is not sure he wants to be a Jedi in Training....

He finally calms down....

The Jedi Master was taken with Isaac, he had a couple of good laughs at Isaac's expense!

Darth Vader and all the Jedi's in training....

More pictures of Darth Vader.
Isaac is putting the smack down on Darth!

Luke
Lukey was able to ride a couple of the rides and had a blast. He slept really well in the stroller and was an angel the whole trip! We love our Lukey!

I always thought the leashes were kind of mean but we brought one along. Luke loved to walk around and I loved not having to worry about where he was!

Luke loved getting wet at the fountains at Bugs Life!

He finally got into the pool and then loved swimming!!

Home again.....
We got back late last night from our little trip to California! I miss the sunshine already....... Our house was still here and in one piece. I have sucessfully unpacked and finished the laundry so I can now relax! We had a great time on our trip! The kids had so much fun at Disneyland and in St. George. The weather was perfect and the Pace family proved to be quite good company! The only thing we forgot was my Mom! She would have had a great time and since we were out numbered by the children we could have used an extra hand too!! Sorry Mom, we will remember you next time! We spent 4 long days at Disneyland and although Adam seems to think he could have done another day I am not sure I could have endured another day at that magical place.... The beach was so pretty but a little cold for me and the kids. St. George was perfect although I got a major sunburn sitting by the pool! It was a perfect 8 days (minus about 23 hours total time in the car and a couple of hours wasted dealing with children melting down...) I have a ton of pictures to post....those should be coming shortly!!

Anyone need a good workout DVD?
Ok, so since Jason is now home for the month of April I thought back to February when he was home. I was used to using the treadmill and then he was home and taking over the office so instead of doing something else I just did nothing. Well, I decided to be proactive this month and try a few workout DVD's. I hopped in my car and drove over to the nearest Library to see what they had. Here is a rundown of the DVD's I checked out and a few I have at home. This may or may not ever help you, you may or may not think I am a total spaz, however, someday I will be toned and sculpted and you will not have to wonder how I did it.....
Lotte Burke Method: Muscle Eats Fat: I thought this one was going to be pretty stupid. You never know what you get at the library, their selection is slim and really old. However, I was pleasantly suprised about this one. It was not a cardio workout, I didn't sweat at all doing it but I could feel my muscles working and I am a little sore today! I think I will continue to use this one! You need light hand weights and a chair, that is all! It is about 45 minutes.
The Ultimate New York Body Plan: Just Two Weeks to a Total Transformation by David Kirsch: This one was a good workout, I did sweat and felt like I was working hard. This guy is totally stuck on himself however so if you can get past it and just do the workout it is ok. You do need an exercise ball, hand weights and a medicine ball (I used a 5 lb weight instead). It is 45 minutes.
Kathy Smith Matrix Method Ultimate Sculpt: This is a great workout, you will feel it for 2 days. I actually own this one. You need hand weights and that is it. This one is guarenteed to make you sweat and breath hard! It is about 45 minutes.
Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates: I actually liked this one too. You need light hand weights. I thought it was a good workout. I didn't totally sweat but she works your legs and butt! It is about 45 minutes.
The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max: I LOVED this workout! I did week 5-6. There is 3 different workouts you can do all of them or 2 of them or whatever. Week 5-6 is all 3. This workout made me sweat, and I felt like I was working hard! You need hand weights. It is about 50 minutes for week 5-6, 40 minutes for weeks 3-4 and 30 minutes for weeks 1-2.
The Biggest Loser Workout: Power Sculpt: I was sore for a couple of days after this one. I didn't love it for some reason but it was a good workout. You need hand weights and the times are the same as the above workout.
The Firm Cardio Sculpt: I liked this workout, it made me sweat. You need a step and hand weights. If you have never taken a step class at the gym the foot work could be confusing. Other than that I liked the workout! It is about 55 minutes.
Ok so there is the rundown on the DVD's I have done in the last couple of weeks. As I do new ones I will let you know. I do think I am going to buy the Biggest Loser cardio one but other than that I am still trying out new ones!!

Sunday Fun!
Ok, so today I decided to make some bread for dinner so I did and then the boys wanted cinnamon rolls so I decided, OK, I can do that! I start making Kae's recipe and get to the part where it says 8 eggs and I think, 8 eggs, that seems like a lot of eggs and then I realize that I usually 1/2 the recipe but forgot to today so 15 cups of flour later I have some, ok a lot of cinnamon rolls.....

This is the kind of kitchen mess I dread cleaning up....10:10 pm and a floor mop later we are finally clean!

Nice shirt huh?

Look at all this dough. I am a total spaz, I admit it! You now know why we frequent the nearest fast food restaurants all too often!
Ok, well this story does end well, the cinnamon rolls did turn out and even though I am now out of flour and powdered sugar, butter and eggs and I had to mop the floor on Sunday, they were worth it!! Oh, yeah and we will be eating them for the next 2 weeks! haa haa

I should just go back to bed....
I am having a day from you know what.... I woke up not feeling that great, I think I am getting a sinus infection. I got Noah off to school. Isaac was ok until he started playing with the Darth Vadar Mr. Potato Head that is missing an arm. He kept crying because the cape wouldn't stay attached. I tried to explained that because the arm (which holds the cape in place) is missing the cape wouldn't stay on. I think he cried about that *#$@ toy for about 2 hours. Finally I took the toy away. He then proceeded to have a total and complete meltdown. I was trying to get out of my house to run a few errands (of course)... He wouldn't put his socks on because it was too hard, he didn't want to wear the jacket I picked out and he wouldn't put his shoes on because he didn't have any socks on. He is still completely freaking out about the toy wanting me to give it back to him. I am of course the mother of the year and so I yelled and then got in the car and started it. He completely flipped out and finally put his socks and shoes on and got in the car. Then he cried for the next 20 minutes in the car telling me I had hurt his feelings because I took his toy away from him. Some days this makes me feel bad and I will hug him and apologize for yelling....but not today! I ran my errands, went to the park, picked up my 2 car pools and then came home. Noah and Isaac both decided to go to the bathroom (at the same time) and Isaac missed and sprayed my shower curtain (I just cleaned my bathroom yesterday by the way....) I feel like bawling my eyes out at the moment but I am trying to hold it together. Not to mention my pants are too tight which is totally freaking me out....I think I might just go back to bed and hope when I wake up things are better ??
To top it off Isaac just came in and told me he pooped his pants, aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
