Sunday night....

It is Sunday night and we are watching "America's Funniest Home Videos" with the boys. I am so tired today, I must say I am really glad for the holiday tomorrow. We stayed up until 1:30 finishing Heroes Season 2 on Friday and then I ended up staying up late last night getting my house all clean and folding all the laundry. I dislike laundry so much.......
It is pouring rain right now, we watched the storm come in tonight, it was kind of erie. It was this fog like cloud and we watched it make it's way up the mountain until it got to our house. Then then wind stopped and it got cold and smelled fishy. Then about 15 minutes later the rain came down. The boys went out and played in the rain for a little while. Oh, well I am getting all distracted by the show and Lou wants me to hold him so I am going to log off now!

Soccer Season is here!

Noah and Isaac both started soccer this week. This is Isaac's first year playing. We are going to be pretty crazy for the next 9 weeks!

Noah warming the bench.

Noah playing goalie.

Isaac running...his uniform is like 3 sizes to big.

Isaac in the middle of all the action.

Shoe love....

Luke LOVES shoes, he tries on whatever shoes he can find and then he will wear them around like he is really cool. Funny boy.

Here he is wearing Noah's shoes. (Please ignore the huge pile of laundry...)

Crazy hair...........

We were getting ready for church today and Isaac came in to show me his hair. It was all crazy and sticking up. He told me he combed it by himself, (like the kid in Spy Kids). Jason just shook his head and told me we better just go with it because he was so proud of himself. I tried to find his Primary teachers to let them know the deal with the crazy hair but I didn't catch them. I found her after church and she said Isaac told her all about his hair and stood up in front of the class and told everyone about it. We all had a good laugh. (We weren't laughing at him, we were laughing....oh who am I kidding) I wish I would have gotten a picture of it then you could share the moment too. Little kids are so funny....his "best little buddy" Smith did a double take of the hair doo and then gave him a big hug??? I am taking him to get a haircut tomorrow....it needs to be short.....too short to comb......
Noah started school on Wednesday. He gets to ride the bus this year (YIPEE!) and I didn't quite have the times right so we missed the bus the first day. But he has it down now. His teacher seems really nice and he has a couple of friends in his class. It should be a good year.

I actually took this the 2nd day of school (at the end of the day). I am not quite put together... haven't found my brain yet!
We went to Park City to play a little before school started. We went up and stayed Sunday-Tuesday. The boys swam and played with their cousins. Tuesday they got to ride the Alpine slide. It was nice to get away before all the craziness starts!

The boys getting cozy with the bear on Main Street.

This is what Luke did while the boys had fun......

Heros

Jason and I heard that Heros was a pretty good show, so we rented Heros Season 1 from the video store and now we are totally hooked. Can't wait until Season 2 comes out on video and then we will have to cram to be ready for Season 3 this fall! Is that pathetic that I am excited for fall because TV might be interesting again?? I can't wait for Chuck, Bones, Heros....I am going to stop there so you won't know just how pathetic I really am! :) Yea for fall TV!!

Where oh where did my brain go.....

We are supposed to be in Washington right now, enjoying our cousins, swimming, playing.....instead we are not in Washington and Noah is super excited about starting school on Wednesday. (so kidding about the last part) How do you NOT know when your child starts school??? I am hoping once school starts I will either find my old brain or grow a new one......

Stupid things we do.....

So my friend Amy called me and asked if I wanted to come with her to the little party at Barnes and Noble for Breaking Dawn. I have never been to anything like that before so I went......
It was actually pretty stupid and I ended up getting home at 1:30. There were tons of girls dressed up in prom dresses and crown. (crowns??) We were in line by a group of VERY obnoxious teenage girls. Oh well, I got my book and YES, I have read it already, but I didn't stay up all night reading....it took me about 4 days to read this one, very unlike me!

I did get some stickers that say Bella and Edward Forever.....they of course made the whole night worth it! :)

Fun Stuff.....

My cousin got married on Saturday. She lives about an hour and a half from me. We went down early and hung out at my Mom's house. Janelle was home so we got to see her and Ali for a little while. Then we drove to Payson for the wedding. I haven't seen this side of my family for years and years so it was good to see everyone. I made sure we got to see my Dad too, it has been a little while since he has seen the boys. I got home really late but it was a good night!

The crew with my Dad!

Lagoon!

I took the boys to Lagoon. It was really hot and muggy the day we went but the boys had a ton of fun!

Luke cried on every ride until it started......

He does seem to be enjoying himself here....

I stayed with the babies and missed getting all wet, darn!

Luke doesn't know what to think about the ride!

Handcart Days!

We love Handcart Days! It is our tradition to watch the parade and firework show. Lucky for us Kae was in town and we got to sit by her and her family at the parade (great shady seats!). The boys had tons of fun watching the parade and collecting candy!

Luke, Noah & Isaac

Isaac and Noah with some of their goods...

After the parade we got some dinner and got ready for the fireworks!

Noah and Isaac watching (or not watching) the fireworks....

Luke was not so sure about the fireworks this year.

Swimming.....

While Kae was in town we got together and let the kids swim. They had tons of fun!

Noah showing off.....

Isaac hanging out poolside because of his stitches.....

Luke saying hi.....

I couldn't resist taking this picture......cute little bum cheeks.

Stitches...

Isaac fell in the bathtub and split his chin open. We had to go to the Instacare at because it was 9:00 at night. Thank heavens we made it in time and didn't have to go to Primary Childrens! He ended up getting 7 stitches in his chin.

Numbing his chin.....

All done....

Sadly, two days after we got his stitches out he fell at the park and ripped his chin open AGAIN. We had to go back and get more stitches. His 2nd set of stitches has been out for 2 weeks, hopefully we are done for a while!

Hello!

I realize it has been a long time since I have posted. I have no excuses.... I also have a bunch of updates to sorry!!
