I realize it has been a while since I have posted, I have been crazy busy.... haa haa haa haa haa
Not really, I read like 4 books this week, my husband thinks I am seriously lazy. Then I left him Tues, Wed and Thurs night to put the boys to bed while I went to the gym. He is ready to trade me in for a new wife! I don't really know what is wrong with me, I am totally unmotivated at the moment....
My fridge broke on Wednesday at like 8:00 at night. I called a couple of neighbors to see if they had any room in their freezers but of course they didn't (I wouldn't if someone called me). Finally after calling everyone I knew I sent Jason to Lowes to buy a freezer. He bought a couple of bags of ice and I thought we would be ok with those in the fridge part. Fat chance..... by the morning there was water everywhere. We finally got on KSL.com and bought a used mini fridge for $30. It is pretty ugly (brown faux wood) and it is really loud but it does the job. The repair man will hopefully come on Tuesday! &*%$ holiday weekend.....
The water warped my wood floors and I had to throw out a lot of food (I did my big grocery shopping on Monday - what are the odds). But on a good note, my fridge is now spotless!!
I realize that this is not a really big deal, life could be much, much worse so I am going to be done complaining now!!
It is late, I should to to bed but I think I will read some more, I just started my 5th book......

Your fridge and my central air unit must be good friends, secretly planning to sabatage poor, unsuspecting owners! And, of course, we can't get anyone to come fix our air conditioning until after the temperature warms up. Which works fine since it's not hot anymore, but four and five days ago, I thought I was going to die of heat stroke overnight!
So, you're caught up with reading...anything good? I need some new material.
BTW - thanks for the swimming tips. I'll try spit next time for the goggles. But, I just got to thinking...perhaps those foggy goggles will help me out while I wander around in a locker room full of old, naked bottoms. Hmmm...
You're in trouble. Why? Because you didn't call me. I had room in my freezer. Also, my aunts have an extra unused fridge sitting in the garage that you could have borrowed for a while. We could have put in on the furniture dolley and rolled it down the street to you. That would have been funny.
I'm not really mad at you, I just feel bad what happened to you. Don't hesitate to call me. Oh, maybe you did and I missed your call. If that's the case I feel really bad.
Last night I was thinking that I hadn't talked to you for about a week and a half and it just seemed weird.
What books are you reading?
I'm sorry about your fridge. With the way food prices are getting, the last thing you want to do is have to replenish your entire stock.
BTW-where are you living? We need to get together. Debi told me to plan something and she'd help. I know summers are crazy, but maybe we could find a time to meet. I'm in Lindon, which might be a good half-way point for SF people and SLC people. What do you think? Should we do it on a weekend so just the girls can come, or should we do it during the week and bring kids? Let me know and I'll try to organize something.
