Sunday, Bloody Sunday.....

Ok, so we went to Stake Conference today and Luke is Luke and can't be quiet or sit still. Jason took him out for a while and was sitting on the couch watching him. The doors outside were open so Jason shut them to keep Luke inside. A couple minutes later a man came out and said to Jason. "Can you just watch your kid so we can keep the doors open." He obviously doesn't have children...or can't remember having them.... to ask such a stupid question. Jason brought him back in a little later and he of course was noisey again so I took him out. Isaac, of course, followed and a minute later Jason came out to get Isaac. I told Jason to just go get the bag and we could finish the last 20 minutes out on the couch in the foyer. Well in the time it took to get the bag, Luke escaped outside and followed Isaac to the edge of a 3 feet wall and proceeded to throw himself off the wall. Ok, so maybe he didn't throw himself off it but he did fall off it right smack dab on his face. His nose and lip were bleeding (left a blood trail to the car) and so we took off home. Poor little man, his top lip is all swollen and his nose is swollen and scraped up. His nose keeps bleeding. He scraped his leg and his elbow. Lucky for him and the rest of us he didn't do any more damage than that.....

I tried to get a good picture but struggled. Here you can see his swollen lip.

His lip went down by dinner time but you can see his nose is swollen and scraped up!
We are glad our baby is ok, a little banged up but ok!!

Poor Luke, it sounds like he is following in his brothers footsteps.

That is so sad!! Boys are always inflicting injuries on themselves. Every time I turn around it seems Cole has hit his head or cut himself up on something.

Okay, I seriously can't believe that guy said that to Jason. Unbelievable!

So sorry that Luke got hurt!

I had a guy give me a dirty look because I kept having to take Ben out during conference. People are mean!

Good to know I am not the only one that has a son who cut up his lip and was swollen. You were just brave enough to post a picture of it. I didnt dare!

people are mean - an old lady got mad at tyler and made him cry becuase he shut a door. He was doing what he does at home - being a good boy.

Seriously Natalie haven't you learned to boycott Stake Conference yet??? Jason and I usually plan a trip. Instead of 1 hour and 10 minutes of misery, stake conference is 2 complete hours! I know nice attitude. Maybe someday I will enjoy stake conference again. Good thing little boys are tough. If I fell off a wall, I would be in the hospital for a week! :) Even with a banged up face, he is still adorable.
