Ok, so I realize it is really late but I have a confession to make. I have some how, some where gotten completely behind in my life. I don't know how it happened but it did and now I don't know how I will ever get caught up again.
I usually do laundry every other day, and generally I do the dishes a couple of times a day. So herein lies the problem:
I have I have so much laundry to do I don't even know where to start. I have already done 3 loads today and I have 4 more needing to be done. By the time I get up in the morning I will probably have another load to add to that pile. Ok, so no big deal, it's just laundry...but to add to my laundry, I have a sink full of dishes, I had to run the dishwasher at about 8:00 tonight and there is still a full sink ready to be loaded and washed. Aghhhhh
To top it off I have to go out tomorrow and find stuff for Noah's teacher for Teacher Appreciation week and Wednesday I have to go to his school and stay with his class while his teacher goes to her luncheon.
How did this happen, where did all these clothes and dishes come from. I don't remember taking a break from my life. I am exhausted, I have been working hard doing something????
I am going to bed...maybe the cleaning fairy will visit me tonight and I will wake up to my laundry washed, folded and put away and my dishes done???

Sunday, Bloody Sunday.....
Ok, so we went to Stake Conference today and Luke is Luke and can't be quiet or sit still. Jason took him out for a while and was sitting on the couch watching him. The doors outside were open so Jason shut them to keep Luke inside. A couple minutes later a man came out and said to Jason. "Can you just watch your kid so we can keep the doors open." He obviously doesn't have children...or can't remember having them.... to ask such a stupid question. Jason brought him back in a little later and he of course was noisey again so I took him out. Isaac, of course, followed and a minute later Jason came out to get Isaac. I told Jason to just go get the bag and we could finish the last 20 minutes out on the couch in the foyer. Well in the time it took to get the bag, Luke escaped outside and followed Isaac to the edge of a 3 feet wall and proceeded to throw himself off the wall. Ok, so maybe he didn't throw himself off it but he did fall off it right smack dab on his face. His nose and lip were bleeding (left a blood trail to the car) and so we took off home. Poor little man, his top lip is all swollen and his nose is swollen and scraped up. His nose keeps bleeding. He scraped his leg and his elbow. Lucky for him and the rest of us he didn't do any more damage than that.....

I tried to get a good picture but struggled. Here you can see his swollen lip.

His lip went down by dinner time but you can see his nose is swollen and scraped up!
We are glad our baby is ok, a little banged up but ok!!

This is Alfie. Our favorite little green tractor. Jason and I HATE this toy. Why it is still in our home is beyond me. Isaac was obsessed with this toy when he was about 3. If it got lost we heard about it for days.....DAYS people......well, finally it got lost for good and Isaac moved on to new and better toys. Last year when the snow melted we found little Alfie in our backyard. Now Luke has found little Alfie and they have bonded as only little boys and toys do. However, Luke has a weird little obsession.........

Isn't he cute. Not hardly..... Luke won't play with Alfie if he looks like this.....

Or this.....................(frustration begins to mount)

Or this.......(yes, the swearing in my mind usually begins here........)

This is how Alfie must look in order for Luke to play with it.
Now keep in mind this toy rotates and the arm moves with the slightest movement so in a 15 minute period Luke will follow me around the house crying because Alfie is not in the correct position. After fixing him about 25 times I finally will just hide him and let Luke cry it out until he moves on to the next toy.
So, Alfie is looking for a new home, somewhere nice and warm, with little children. You can have him, no charge......anyone.....anyone.......

Ogden Tree House
On Tuesday we rode the Front Runner again up to Ogden and went to the Tree House. The boys had so much fun. We left our house at about 9:45. It took us an hour and 10 minutes to get to Ogden on the train and then we had a 10 minute walk. The kids played for a couple of hours at the Tree House and Tracey popped in to say hi and visit for a while. We left for the train at about 2:50 and then ate at Subway (lunch, nice huh) and then I ran to catch the train home. I ended up getting home at about 5:30. I have to say that was a long day..... oh yea and a little girl had some serious diarrea on the train right by us and we got to smell it all the way home! All in all it was a nice day, long but nice.....

Lukey cheeses it for the camera!

Isaac played for hours on the fire truck! Maybe instead of an anchorman, he will be a fireman??

Eyebrow Shapers??
Ok, so I hate plucking my eyebrows and I have lost my tweezers, so I was at Walmart the other day and I found a package of eyebrow shapers. Hmmm, I thought, maybe that would be better than the horrible pain I put myself through each time I have to pluck my eyebrows. They were on sale so I decided I would give them a try.....
Consumer Beware: If you don't know what you are doing, these babies can be dangerous!

Ok, so I may have a few cuts on my face but they have scabbed over and will be fully healed by the time I have to use my eyebrow shaper again. Yes....I am going to try them again, the pain level was about the same as plucking so even though I am looking a bit rough right now I think they are worth another shot! Stay tuned for future updates.......
