I love pomegranates! I am going to a lunch this week where I am supposed to bring some kind of food with pomegranates in it. I peeled a couple of them today with my friend Anna. I was supposed to use them in my recipe for Thursday. Sadly, I only have like a 1/4 a cup left and I am pretty sure they won't last past tomorrow. I am going to have to go buy a few more for my recipe. I actually found a recipe for pomegranate cupcakes....not sure if I should attempt anything with cake in it's name.....

yeah, well apparently NEITHER should i, mine were ROCK hard and 1/2 an inch tall! for the love..... i think i'll stick with chocolate covered arils! mmmmm, delish!
