Book Review...

I realize I posted a lot of stuff yesterday...I was behind! I have been reading a lot of books lately so here is my scoop on the books I read.

LDS Fiction:
Undercurrent, Ripple Effect and Deep End by Tracey Hunter Abramson: This was a pretty good little series, pretty exciting and has a good ending! My kind of books!

Love Beyond Time, No Time for Love and Time for the Heart by Nancy Campbell Allen: I liked this series, you must read it in order however, I read the 2nd book first and was a little confused. I didn't love the third book but it was ok!

(I read these kind of books because they are easy reads, it is hard for me to read really deep stuff because I am can't finished a paragraph without someone bugging me. )

Non LDS Fiction:
Dear John, The Rescue and At First Sight by Nicholas Sparks: These books were all pretty good, I have a hard time with lots of landscape description in books so I did skip over all that crap in these books but other than that they were pretty good. However, none of them ended all happy, they all had sad endings mixed with some happiness. Not my favorite.

I am reading another series Jennifer brought to me (thanks Jennifer, you are the best!). I will let you know how they are. I am also waiting for The Kiterunner and A Tree Grows in Brooklyn to come in at the library, I will update you on those ones after I have read them!!

Have a great day!!

Good suggestions. I need to finish reading the undercurrent series. I read the first two last year, but can't remember them very well, so I might have to read them again before I read the third.
I loved a Tree Grows in Brooklyn. I was sad when I was done with it. You'll have to tell me what you think of it.

Oooh! I love books! Any good suggestions are always welcome...

May I recommend: A Thousand Splendid Suns (same author as The Kite Runner) - and if you've read it, I would love to know what you thought of it. And I know this is a bit juvenile, but I just read Goose Girl and I really liked it. It was a nice, light read.

So, I can I say again how happy I am to be in touch with you again! We should get together sometime...
